Limited to the first 32 Applicants

The Active Shooter Response Update Course will be held on Thursday June 8th, 2006 from 0900 - app 1800 hours.  This training will be free minus any motel, meal, and travel expenses for the officers.

The below equipment is required for each officer:

  • Ballistic Protective Vest
  • Groin/Genital Protection
  • Utility type uniform or clothing (Simunitions will be deployed)
  • Duty or Tac Gear

The first part of the training will consist of training the Law Enforcement First Responder for rapid tactical deployment in response to the active shooter.  The next phase consists of force on force training using simunitions.
